After finishing my initial 30 days of eating "clean" I went off a little bit (2-3 days) and even went out drinking. Let me tell you what...there is such a big difference in how I felt after those 30 days, my recovery time is so much better, workouts are so much easier (as easy as it could be), and feeling overall great. I dropped 16-18 lbs and have been able to maintain my strength, actually I think I have gotten stronger.
