Day 24, 25 and 26.....ALMOST TO DAY 30

Day 24

1015: 3 eggs, ham, spinach and guacamole

1445: Sinigang and 2 kiwis

1600:
WORKOUT
Front Squat: 5x3: 205, 225, 275, 285, 300x2

15 min. AMRAP
10 tire flips @~400#, 15 American KBS @ 70#, 20 DU
7 rounds

5x3 Strict weighted pull ups
26, 53, 35, 35, 35....Didn't realize I had grabbed the 53# KB on the second set

15 minutes of core work:
10 GHD situps on the minute for 10 minutes, then 5 toes to bar on the minute for the last 5

1900: Chicken, orange bell pepper, jicama and guacamole

2100: Chicken and guacamole

Day 25:

0850: 4 shot americano

1200: Shrimp, mango, cucumber lettuce wraps

1400: Americano

1745: Chicken and a salad

2000: Crab egg flower soup, prawns and calamari

Rest day

Day 26

0800: 3 eggs, 2 pcs of bacon, smoked salmon and sweet potato hash

1145: 8 oz. of chicken and sweet potatoes

1400: Orange, strawberries, chicken
 
1915: Chicken, bacon, sweet potatoes

Hip mobility stuff ALL day, didn't workout because my hip was killing me after the 100 GHD situps...and maybe the toes to bars
