Whew...2 whole days of this

Still sitting at work but managed to have things go good for me today..sleep, nutrition and workout.

Sleep: 7 hours

Woke up feeling really good, may have been the sleep...may have been good food. At this point it doesn't matter.

8:00: 3 tsp of Mixed Berry green

8;30: 16 oz. 2 shot americano courtesy of Whidbey's Coffee

10:45: Marcona almonds roasted and salted with rosemary, banana, and a Lara Bar.....no time for breakfast this am, went to Bellingham.

1:15 pm : Left-overs....Turkey Burger, 1/2 avocado, strawberries, and sweet potato chips from Trader Joe's

2:15 pm: Cardio: 4 x 800 m runs with 2 min. rest between..on a treadmill, so it was hard to gauge the intesity, kept the speed at 7.0 for the first rd. 7.1 for the second, 7.2 on the third and 7.5 on the last. Times were : 4:18, 4:20, 4:20, and 4:10. MY goal was to stay within plus/minus 3-5 seconds.

3:10 pm: Bowl of fruit (melon, grapes, and pineapple)

5:45 pm: MetCon...yes..I am doing MetCons again

Score: 21 plus 18 extra reps
Pushups were disgusting...my conditioning is not up to par. But its all good

6:45 pm: 3 eggs, 3 pcs. of bacon, 1/2 avocado, and some sweet potato tots :)

7:45 pm: Satsuma and almonds and 7 g of fish oil
