Lucky me...I've made it 3 days

Sleep last night was pretty non-existent, in my job that's the way it goes sometimes. Surprisingly,  I felt really energetic this morning. Could be a combination of things, good nutrition and supplementation. I've increased my fish oil intake due to the increase in workload, stress and I'm battling a bad shoulder right now. 


Have to start doing more mobility work, pretty sure that if I stretched more I'd do a lot better with recovery. 


7:00 am: 2 sausages, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, grapes and peaches   16 oz. Americano


1130 am: 12 oz. americano


12:00 pm:
MetCon: 30 Squat Clean and Jerks @ 155 3:26
Strength: Cycle 1 Week 1 Strict Press: 5x75, 5x95, 3x115, 5x125,5x145, 7x165
Doing the MetCon before the press definitely took its toll as far as output. 


1:30 pm: The joys of living at home for a little bit...Sinigang, its a tamarind soup base with pork, green beans, tomatoes, and onions. A Filipino dish...LEGIT

4:30 pm: 2 Seabolts pepperoni sticks, 3 oz. of TJ's unsweetened dried mangoes, and some Macona nuts

7:30 pm: Grilled chicken with green beans and onions, handful of almonds

9:30 pm: 7 g of fish oil
