Shoulders were.....ROASTED after the workouts yesterday. I need to begin incorporating pulls into things for skill work.
1:30 pm: Pan-fried chicken

MetCon: 3RFT: 500 m row, 12 DL @ 220, 21 GHD situps: 11:47. Again...did DL yesterday so this one sucked. Recovery time from yesterday's workout...minimal. So, in theory I could have been sub-11 minutes.
Strength: 3 sets of 5 each side, Turkish get-ups @ 35#.
6:00 pm: coconut water
7:30: Chicken adobo...Filipino dish. Then had a cup or so of jicama, guacamole (2 avocados worth with lime and sea salt), 4-6 oz of ground beef taco meat.
9:00: 8.4 g of Fish oil
So, almost caved in on this 30 day challenge...sometimes being a Filipino has its advantages, NOT when your trying to eat good sometimes. Came home to some pancit cooked by my wonderful mother...I didn't do it though, I wanted to though.
