Sleep: 8 hours....didn't feel refreshed at all.. may have slept too much
9:45 am: 3 eggs, bacon, artichoke hearts, and sweet potato hash browns and a 16 oz double shot americano
12:15 pm: Handful of almonds
2:15 pm: Jicama, guacamole, and 8 oz. porkchop
7:00 pm: Grilled chicken, shrimp skewers and salad
10:30 pm: Rosemary marcona almonds
REST DAY...Much needed rest day. Felt tremendously sore today. Rolled out a little bit.
Went and saw the Orthopod, today and it was determined that we should do physical therapy FIRST...and see how that works first before scraping out my knee. THANK goodness
