Day 4.....Still not small

Sleep: 9 hours of GLORY

Since I knew I wasn't going to be working out today I decided to hold off on breakfast till a little later today.


11:00 am: Scramble with sausage, orange bell peppers, spinach and guacomole.

12:15 pm: 16 oz. Americano

3:30 pm: Sinigang with taro root, green beans, tomatoes......also had some sweet potato chips

Been dealing with a lot of shoulder pain over the past few months...and this may be the solution for my problems or at least give me relief

5:45 pm: Handful of almonds

6:45 pm: Endurance ~ 8x400 m runs with 2 minutes rest between 
Times: 2:08, 2:00, 1:52, 1:51, 1:50, 1:44, 1:43, 1:41 

8:00 pm: Crockpot chicken and 7 g. of fish oil

9:00 pm: Blueberries and almonds
