Days 21 and 22...FYI Screw the makers of the Concept 2 Rower

4/21/12

0910: 4 eggs, 3 pcs of bacon, whole orange bell pepper, handful of spinach and a handful of almonds

1300: Chicken and sweet potatoes

1430: Strawberries

1800: Chicken and asparagus

No workout...just had no time since I was at work and the timing throughout the shift never seemed to workout.

0900: 2 eggs, 3 pcs of bacon, handful of spinach and sweet potatoes

1230: Landjaeger and strawberries

1300: 
Workout
4x500 m row with 2 minutes rest between= 1:45, 1:39, 1:35, 1:42 
REST 6 MINUTES
2x1000 m row rest 4 minutes between= 3:37, 3:40
REST 8 MINUTES
2000 m row= 7:53....TIRED

Me and this rower are gonna learn to get intimate...its a love hate relationship

1345: Lamb chop and sweet potatoes

1845: Small pc of lamb chop, strawberries and almonds

2100: 2 eggs, 3 pcs of bacon and handful of almonds
