1530: Chicken with onions, 1/2 cup of strawberries, handful of almonds
1800: Bowl of grapes and handful of grapes
2030: Chicken with onions and 8 pcs of asparagus broiled in olive oil
Today was GREAT day as far as catching up on sleep, napped about 3-4 hours
