Day 8, A little bit of prep work goes a long ways in all aspects of life...food included

Sleep....another night at work, so once again not the greatest. 5.5 hours

0800: 2 eggs, asparagus, smoked salmon, bacon and sweet potato hash browns cooked in coconut oil.

1130: Dark chocolate covered almonds from Trader Joe's and a Fuji apple

1500: Spaghetti squash

1900: Spaghetti squash and almonds

2000: Workout: 4 rds of 3 minutes on 2 minutes off  ....  2.01 miles on the treadmill
Did this at 75% today. Tomorrow, I'm going to go and do Linda..that dirty, dirty woman

So, this shift has been pretty busy and if it wasn't for prepping easy to eat meals/food prior to shift I would be one irritated man. We all lead busy lives but if we take just a little bit of time to prep some food our "diets" would succeed. All it really takes is 30-45 minutes a day to prep food for a few days. Take the time to get off your couch, prep that food and live a little better.
