Sleep: A good solid 6 hours...I'm sure if I slept an hour or more longer I'd feel a little better but I can't complain at all about how I've been feeling after this first week.
8:45 am: 3 egg omelet with sausage, bacon and ham. A side of fruit with pineapple, cantaloupe, and oranges
9:30 am: 16 oz. triple shot americano....as much as it pains me to say this...I have to start weening off the coffee.
12:00 pm: Loosen up the knees by sitting on a bike for 3 minutes.
Strength: Week 1 Squat- 160x5, 205x5, 245x3, 265x5, 305x5, 345x10
MetCon: 10 Min AMRAP- 200 m run, 5 HSPU, 15 situps, 25 DU 5 rds plus 27
1:45 pm: Spaghetti Squash, sauce, meat and chicken meatballs
3:00 pm: Jicama and guacamole
5:00 pm: 16 oz Iced Americano.....I know I should quit, but whatever
6:45 pm: Chicken fajitas...kinda, no tortilla or cheesy goodness. With jicama and guacamole and olives
