4:00 pm: Salad with grilled shrimp
8:00 pm: Spaghetti squash with homemade spaghetti sauce and ground beef.
9:00 pm: Another handful of almonds for good measure.
After "much" debate on whether or not I should workout today, I decided that a rest day was in order after a physically taxing day of workouts yesterday. I'm not real sure why I decided to workout that much yesterday, definitely had the energy to maintain a good workout though.
After 6 days, I feel much more alert throughout the day. No drop in energy at all, as a matter of fact I may have more energy. It's amazing what eating "clean" can do for somebody.
On another note, in just over 2 months I will be trekking to the Mid-West to go to Paramedic school at the U. of Iowa and I have a bunch of emotions about it....excitement and fear are the 2 that stand out. Excitement for the next chapter in what I hope is my career and fear for change in my life and fear of failure. From what I hear these are all normal feelings..which is good to hear, failure is one of those things that we should all fear. Either way, I'm almost on my way out..
