Day 5 and still holding strong...almost broke though
Sleep.....pretty non existent: 4 hours
10:30 pm: 2 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, and strawberries. Coffee
12:00 pm: Workout~ Strict Press: 5x2 135, 155, 165, 170, 175
MetCon: 8 min AMRAP- 200 m run, 5 Renegade Rows @ 35#, 10 Box Jumps @ 24" rest 2 min
8 min AMRAP- 100 m farmers carry @ 70#, 15 GHD, 20 Walking Lunges
Score: 1)3 rds and 3 rows 2) 4 rds
Strength: Deadlift 170x5, 215x5, 255x3, 280x5, 320x5, 365x13
3:00 pm: 1/3 pound burger with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, grilled onions. 2 cups of coconut milk mashed sweet potatoes.
6:00 pm: MetCon 14 rds for time- 10 DL, 10 PC, 10 Push press. Walk 50' with the bar at the end of each cycle. 7 TGU @ Rds 3, 7, 9. Weight: 95#. Time: 22:16
7:45 pm: Salmon burger and strawberries
9:00 pm: Grilled chicken and shrimp
