Day 19...Going to the Mariner's game...TOUGH day

Sleep: It's pretty much a recurring theme that I don't sleep well..I have noticed that on the days where I do sleep I recover surprisingly well...WEIRD

1000: 2 eggs, sausage, bowl of fruit (cantaloupe, pineapple and oranges)

1100: Coconut water
WORKOUT
Strength: Deadlift: 175x5, 220x5, 260x3, 305x3, 350x3, 395x8 (Est. 1 RM~500)

1430:
Physical Therapy on my knee.....after being a stubborn idiot for such a long time and dealing with this knee pain it finally came to me getting the x-rays, MRI and MD appointments done. Finally started PT and the therapist said I have to strengthen my VMO ( the inside of my quads ) she says that I'm so developed on the outside and just need to strengthen the inside quads. She also said that my knee cap..is LOOSE and that is causing some of the problems. With a little bit of strengthening I'm hoping that things go back to normal.

1900: Thai Chicken with grilled veggies.

2100: Grilled chicken with guacamole and red onions.

The last 2 meals were at Safeco Field...extremely tough for me because of the amount of temptation in that stadium. Garlic fries were all over the place and killing me.

0000: Filet mignon and lobster tail, grilled chicken and a side salad.
