Sleep: Once again....sleep was non-existent, I would have to say that this is the one part of my life that needs the most work. I slept a total of 3-4 hours, and not in a row...

0930: 3 eggs, 3 sausage links, and a bowl of fruit (grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple)
1200: Almonds
1430: Chicken salad....AGAIN
1700: WORKOUT

Met con: 5 HSPU @ deficit, 3 bar muscle-ups (not for time)
Strength: 3 position snatch: worked on technique @ 115 #
Met Con: 15 KBS @ 70 EMON x10 (complete)
1930: Grilled zucchini and squash, asparagus, bell peppers, onions and ~8 oz. of chicken
2200: Sinigang (Filipino dish)
8.4 G. of fish oil
At the OFFICIAL halfway point....its been a good journey to this point, increased energy, it's allowed me to see where my weaknesses are in regards to nutrition. I'd like to be able to time things right for the best result ie. workouts and change in body composition.
