Day 13 and 14...Not So Fat Kid Status anymore...."Shaped like an oval now instead of a circle"

2 weeks down and I'm gonna guess and say that I'm down 5-6 pounds and have this energy that seems to be increasing as the time goes on. Even without consistent sleep I've still managed to maintain these energy levels and intensity of workouts (I think). Recovery seems to be good, the soreness that I was feeling a few weeks ago after a brutal workout seems to be almost non-existent.
Cravings still exist and I'm hoping that after this whole "challenge" that the cravings will be minimal. STILL haven't consumed any alcohol......

Sleep: 1.5 hours, sleep has truly been the biggest issue for me during this "challenge" being up throughout the night and being tempted with lower quality food is a constant struggle. Once again, early preparation for food has been key, having good food available all the time has been key.

0815: Sweet potato hash browns, bacon, aspargus

0930: WORKOUT
225x1x12 minutes squat cleans
135x3x5 Goodmornings
Muscleups: 6 sets of 2 1-2 minutes btwn

1100: Pork adobo and a banana and 3.5 g of fish oil

1300: Hand full of cashews

1430: Taco salad with mixed greens and 1/2 avocado

2045: Bunless burger wrapped in lettuce, onions, tomatoes and bacon. Sweet potato fries

0100: 3.5 g of fish oil

Sleep: 4 hours

0200: Leftover sauteed beef and onions

0700: 16 oz triple shot americano

0815: 4 eggs minus 2 yolks, asparagus, artichoke hearts and bacon

1305: Coconut mashed sweet potatoes, sauteed beef and onions

1600: 16 oz. 2 shot americano

1715: ~1/2 pound of chicken cooked with organinc no salt seasoning from Costco with artichoke hearts and mashed sweet potatoes
Piece of 85% dark chocolate
