Day 12....FRIDAY the 13th

Note: Had some eggs and grapes at 2:00 am after running a call...it was either that or something terrible

Sleep: 7 hours of good sleep

10:00 am: 3 eggs, bacon, asparagus, and sweet potato hash browns cooked in coconut oil

12:45 pm: Grilled chicken and pork, green salad, and jicama

3:00 pm: Marcona almonds

5:30 pm
Strength
Front squat: 100x5, 125x5, 150x3, 175x3, 200x3, 225x12 (~314 estimated 1 RM)
Strict press: 75x5, 95x5, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x5 (~204 estimated 1 RM)

7:00 pm: Chipotle chicken cooked in adobe chipotle, onions, garlic, green salsa verde, cilantro and half a can of coconut milk jicama and a whole avocado


Overall.....feeling GREAT, 12 days in, 18 to go.
