Worked at the FD today...beat tired to start the day, didn't sleep a whole lot, AGAIN

Breakfast (800): 3 eggs, 3 pcs. of bacon, 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 yellow bell pepper, handful of spinach

Lunch (1145): Tomato bisque and pork chops

Snack: Can of tuna with mayo, and relish

WOD:
Squat Clean

Dinner: (2000): 2 bratwurst and sweet potato fries

7 g of fish oil
