October 20...Squat day

Woke up....beat tired after sitting in the ER till 1130 last night

Breakfast: Chicken and pork adobo, and a banana, 3 shot americano

WOD: 3 sets of 5 @ 135,  5 sets of 2 @ 315 (2 sets), 335 (2 sets),  365 (1 sets), 5 sets of 1 @ 385, 395, 400, 405, 410

Post-WOD: 2 scoops of Bioplex natural flavored protein with 2 shots of coffee and 2 scoops of almond butter

Lunch: 2 cups of tomato basil bisque and 1/2 pound of chicken

Snack: Grapes

Dinner...not real sure, can't remember
