Another beautiful night of very little sleep, the cost of working on an ambulance. Overall this morning i was feeling beat down.
Breakfast: 0900. 8 oz of butternut squash cooked with 2 eggs and a couple ounces of steak.
Pre-wod: 1045. 2 scoops of NO2
WOD: 3x5. Deadlift @ 185, 225, 275, 315, 365x15, 315 (2 sets of 5)
Metcon: 500 m row, 40 KBs @ 80#, 40 jump touches 2' above reach, 40 GHD SU, 500 m row. Time was 11:01. Shouldve been faster but i was gassed
Post-Wod: 1 scoop of protein(Bioplex natural) and almond butter
"Lunch": 1530 turkey breast sandwich with lite mayo and 2 pcs of bread
Dinner: sometimed life throws us a curve ball. I had to be in the ER tonight and had to eat a tuna wrap due to no food. Oh also had 2 tootsie rolls
