It's definitely been a while since I've been on here and I figure it's about dang time I get back on here. Since my "last" post I have gotten stronger, cleaned up my squat clean and changed up my "programming" a little bit. I've decided to listen to my body...took me long enough. Nutritionally, I'm still a work in progress and hope to get this dialed in eventually.
Here we go...
Breakfast: 2 pcs. of Dave's Killer Bread with Almond Butter spread over it. I would've done something better with my food but had to get from one station to another.
Second breakfast, when I finally got to the station, I made a great scramble. 3 eggs, 3 pcs. of GLORIOUS bacon, bell peppers and spinach. 1/2 an avocado and 1/2 a tomato.
Lunch: A pork chop grilled to perfection, of course, and 1/2 a pound of butternut squash baked in olive oil and cinnamon. 3 g. of fish oil
Snack: Can of tuna with dill relish and mayo
Dinner: Exactly the same as Lunch, including the fish oil (3 g)
I PLANNED on getting a good 7-8 hours of sleep but that didn't happen. Working on an ambulance doesn't always allow for good sleep, hardly ever. We ended up going to Seattle at midnight last night...so there was food being eaten by this guy
Around 0130, burger from Dick's burger and some fries, and some coffee..
