Sleep: 7 hours


Worked out last night, felt like it was NECESSARY for me to get in the Shed, went in there at 2100 last night to do dead lifts and felt GREAT afterwards, 5x185, 5x225, 5x265, 5x285, 5x330, 5x375 Deadlift. Breakfast this morning went a little like this....2 Jumbo eggs, some tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, 3 slices of bacon and a 16 oz. black americano. Snacked on a Builder's bar enroute to a call and finished off the rest of my coffee. Lunch, well that was good too....~1/2 lb. of ground beef, with spinach (2-3 cups), some avocado, some tomatoes, some red peppers, OH and some Maui Sweet onion chips..I know I know. Hydration up to this point has been good. Today's WOD: 15 135# Thrusters, 25 DU, 10 Thrusters, 25 DU, 5 Thrusters, 25 DU : 4:53, Strentgh (Squat):  5x135, 5x160, 5x205, 5x225, 12x225, 12x225, 12x225, kept my squats at a lower weight today since The WOD on Saturday is pretty brutal. Dinner: ~6 oz. of sockeye salmon, and some sweet potato fries. 
Supplementation: 6 Ultra EPA/DHA Barleans Fish Oil, 3 Glucosamine pills
