Sleep: An amazing 8 hours of sleep, it's pretty dang amazing what a good nights rest can do for your body and mental state.
Still at work today till 1700, so trying to keep my nutrition at a decent level, definitely not an optimal level. For breakfast had 1 cup of cantaloupe, honeymelon and pineapple with 4 sausage links and 3 eggs, also had a cup of coffee. For lunch we were up in Anacortes so HAD to stop at Fidalgo Drive-In and had a BLT minus mayo and had sweet potato fries as well. Hydration has been sub-par as of late and I feel it as well. Today hydration has been a positve.
