Sleep: 8 hours


Woke up feeling like a champ today, had breakfast which consisted of 5 pcs. of bacon 2 eggs, and and avocado and 4 mini tomatoes. Sat around watching The Price is Right when Austin decided to swing by the house and after much talk decided to do the Open WOD 11.4 AGAIN. Went to CF Skagit and did 60 Bar-facing burpees over the bar and 30 OHS @ 120# in 10 minutes. Had an apple and banana after the WOD. Got back to Oak Harbor and went to DH Buffet for lunch and had a variety of meat with a small scoop of fried rice. Felt AMAZING after getting food in the belly.

  1. We will sit down next weekend and hash out your nutrition profile and get you on track. You will have to be smart and some sacrifice for a while to get the changes you want.
