1 whole avocado
~8 oz. of blueberries
Snack:
Handful of cashews, macadamia nuts, cranberries, grapes, pineapple (trail mix)
WOD:
200 M run
50 squats
30 pushups
400 M run
40 squats
20 pushups
800 M run
30 squats
10 pushups
TIME: 10:37
Had to substitute pushups for dips, no rings
Lunch:
Filet Mignon grilled
6 stalks of asparagus, baked in olive oil and minced garlic
Snack:
Same as earlier
Dinner:
~6-8 oz. of diced steak
~3 cups of pre-cut Trader Joe's stir fry mix
Cooked in Olive Oil
Supplementaion:
6 Fish Oil
