Sleep: 7 hours


Fast: 14 hour


Breakfast: 
2 eggs
2-3 cups of spinach in coconut oil
3 slices of bacon


Lunch:
Chicken enchilada


Snack:
Macadamia nuts


Dinner:
~8 oz. of chicken, light teriyaki sauce, ~2 T
~3 cups of lettuce, with carrots and cucumber
~15 macadamia nuts
