Monday:

Accessory work: Stiff legged deadlifts 4 sets of 5 at 135#, Dead hang pullups: 8, 6,6, GHD Situps: 3x15
Tuesday:
5 rounds of Clean and Jerks @ 75% of BW with 200 meter sprint

Ludus Virtus @ Lynnwood Crossfit aka Locals Gym
Work on Power clean to find max, 253 for me, previousl max was 275, unfortunately, I wasn't feeling that great, 2 hours of sleep can do that to a man.
Worked on BOX Squats which was a GREAT change of pace for me.
Overall for the week I felt great, saw gains in my strength faster than what I had expected. Ludus Virtus, GREAT learning for a guy like myself who has relied mainly on brute strength and little technique.
