Sleep: 10 hours
Breakfast:
2 eggs
2-3 cups of spinach sauteed in Coconut oil
5 Strawberries
About 10 macadamia nuts
Lunch:
Can't remember....as a matter of fact I may not have eaten lunch
Snack:
Coconut juice, 100% natural! No added stuff
WOD:
Press: 5x70, 5x90, 5x105, 5x125, 5x135, 8x155
Deadlift:5x135, 5x175, 5x225, 12x245, 12x245, 36x245....LEGITIMATELY..Had well over 40, grip felt fine, back felt amazing, no fatigue, breathing was good..then all of a sudden had a sudden pain in my neck.
UNFORTUNATELY....I HAD to stop, I had a TERRIBLE feeling creep up my neck and it was terrible. It brought me to the ground and caused me to feel extremely nauseous. Thankfully, my chiropractor worked magic on me after I asked to be "fit" in.
Dinner:
Chicken Enchilada, nothing to excessive with it
Avocado
6 Barleans Fish Oil Pills High EPA/DHA
2 Aleve, for the pure fact that my neck and head felt terrible.
Hydration: ~1 gallon
