Sleep: 4 hours

Light cardio: 2 mile run

Breakfast:
2 eggs
Sweet potato fries
Blueberries
Macadamia nuts

Snack:
Blueberries

Lunch:
~1/2 lb. or more of beef from a thai place, cucumbers and tomatoes.
1/2 avocado

Snack:
Blueberries

Dinner:
10 oz. pork chop
~1/2 cup of baked sweet potato fries

Well OVER 1 gallon of water.
