Lately, I haven't been "on top" of this blog, its been tough to keep up with such a busy schedule, not really an excuse. I have stayed on par with my nutrition and have felt amazing. Been fighting a cold and INSANELY tight hamstrings. Due to being sick and physically not close to 100% I haven't really been able to do WODs at 100% so decided to take time off to fully recover.
Sleep: 7 hours
Breakfast:
Spinach and bacon omelet
Handful of macadamia nuts
20 oz. Americano
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
1/2 rack of ribs from BBQ Joint
Blueberries
Dinner:
2 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
~8 oz. of buffalo meat in sauce
