Sleep: 6 hours
Breakfast:
1 organic sausage patty
3 slices of bacon
1 egg
~6 oz. of blueberries
1/2 avocado
Snack:
Apple
Macadamia nuts
Lunch:
10 oz. pork chop- pan-fried in olive oil using greek seasoning
1/2 cup of green beans
Handful of macadamia nuts
Dinner:
1/2 avocado
2 slices of bacon
Sweet potato fries
1 egg
5 Fish oil pills
WOD:
Unable to do it today, working 24 hour shifts and running up and down the island doing work made it hard to get to today. Tomorrow is a scheduled OFF day but I'll make it up.
