Post-WOD

Handful of grapes
Guacamole


Dinner:
~ 10 oz. of meat..beef, pork, and shrimp
1/2 cup of green beans, peppers
In a quick pinch a buffet with a hibachi grill = amazing
Handful of blueberries


Well over a gallon of water
12 Barleans Fish Oil pills
2 Naproxen
