Sleep: 7 hours

WOD:
5 Clean and Jerks @ 165 and 50 meter sprint, run up 3 flights of stairs x 5 rounds
1:46-1:58

Breakfast:
3 eggs
2 cups of spinach
4 strawberries

Lunch:
~6 oz. of ground beef
~1 cup of spaghetti squash
Meat sauce with spinach

Snack:
Apple
Beef Jerky

Dinner:
Half-rack of ribs
NO bbq sauce...unfortunately
Handful of macadamia nuts
