Sleep: 7 hours


Breakfast:
3 eggs
Handful of macadamia nuts
Coffee


Lunch: 
Spaghetti squash 
Buffalo meat


Snack:
Same as lunch


Dinner:
~12 oz. of meat (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp)
~1/2 cup of broccoli
~1/2 cup of green beans
Hibachi grill..
