WOD:

20 Lunges
10 Pullups

Legs FELT TERRIBLE after


Lunch (post-wod)
2 eggs
Chicken sausage with sundried tomoato and basil
handful of almonds
24 oz. of water


Snack: 
Coconut maccaroon from Whidbey's Coffee
3 shot 16 oz. Americano


Dinner:
Hard to eat real well...at a buddy's house for the Hawks game
Some quiche
10-12 DELICIOUS meatballs
~24 oz. of water
