Sleep: ~7 hours
Did a metcon first thing in the am, once I got to work.
Metcon:
10-1 1/2 body weight power cleans and Burpees
Not a scheduled WOD, due to the fact that I may not work out tomorrow. Felt like throwing weight around. Rx'd weight should have been around 115, ended up doing 135. Legs still feel burnt out.
Time:7:23
Breakfast (Post-WOD)
2 cups of spinach
2 Free-range organic eggs
~8 oz. of steak
All cooked in coconut oil.
1 apple
12 oz. of coffee
6 Barleans Fish Oil pills
~20 oz. of water
Snack:
Caveman Bar, Almond coconut Bar, bought at Central Market
~12 oz. of water
Lunch:
1/2 of Ground Lamb
some spaghetti sauce
~2 cups of spaghetti squash
~20 oz. of water
Snack:
Greek yogurt with blueberries
Handful of sea salt and olive oil Almonds
Dinner:
Same as lunch, no time to cook,
Thats what cooking does for you...extras
Unfortunate late night snack:
Almonds and grapes
