Sleep: 9 hours of sleep, uninterrupted


Breakfast:
4 pieces of bacon
~4 oz. of smoked salmon
3 eggs
8 oz. of drip coffee
a little bit of potatoes, seriously


Snack:
Caveman bar, I love these things
Apple

LIGHT RECOVERY
25 minutes of treadmill, varying speeds and inclines
2.0 miles 366 calories

Dinner:
12 oz. of Crock Pot chicken (recipe below)
~1 cup of pasta in olive oil and rosemary vinegarette
~32 oz of water with Nuun tablet and Emergen-c pack

Slow Cooker Chicken
5 lb. WHOLE Chicken
1 lemon
   cut lemon into halves squeeze over chicken, put in the chicken
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 whole onions cut into quarters
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
4 fresh bay leaves
Mix 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 T of sea salt and 1 tsp of pepper and some minced garlic in a bowl and put on the chicken
Cook on HIGH in slow cooker for 5 hours or until meat falls off bones

Not a whole of food for me today, just busy with other stuff. Waking up at 9:30 am kinda makes it hard to fit all my meals in. Stayed well hydrated today and as I sit here at WORK...again, there isn't a whole lot of hunger right now...lets see how it goes.
