Unfortunately....I got violently sick and puked for a LONG time...over 2 hours to be exact..
Lunch:
1/2 pound Kobe beef burger
1/2 avocado
Salad with plenty of olives, and cucumbers along with the normal salad
Massage and back adjustment prior to lunch and WOD
WOD:
3 hang cleans to 3 front squat x 5 rounds @ 175# for total time of 2:02
6 HSPUx 3
5 sets of 12 GHD situp
3 sets of 12 GHD back ext.
Prior to WOD my back felt great, lack of energy throughout, after the WOD..back felt TIGHT, has loosened up throughout the night.
POST-WOD:
Some mashed sweet potatoes
Dinner:
Splurged....again
Pizza from San Remos

Right around 96 oz.
Supplementation:
Total of 12 Fish Oil pills
2 Glucosamine and Chondrotin
2 Naproxen prior to bed
4 multi-vitamins
