Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon
6 oz. of blueberries
1 egg
almond butter


Snack:
Pistachios
Apple


Lunch:
2 cups of butternut squash soup
6 oz. of turkey


Snack:
Deli turkey


Dinner:
Scoop of mashed sweet potatoes
6 oz. of turkey breast, grilled
