Sleep: 6 hours


Breakfast (1000):
4 pcs. of bacon
3 oz. of blueberries
1 egg
handful of pistachios


Snack:
Almond butter
Blueberries
Deli turkey


Lunch:
Grilled chicken ~8 oz. 
Spinach 
Pistachios


Snack:
Basically just munched on sweet potatoes after taking them out of the oven. (Prepped food for a few days)


WOD: 
5 rounds
20 push presses 115#
20 Goblet Squat 53#
200 m run
15:10


Post-WOD
Mashed sweet potatoes
Coconut juice


Dinner:
Adrift....AMAZING
1/2 # grass-fed burger with 1/2 avocado, sun-dried tomato aioli, bacon.
~1/2c or more of mashed sweet potatoes
Ummm...a little bit of carne asada quesadilla
3 Beers, what can I say, I NEEDED it today, stressful
some biscotti brownie thing...


Fish Oil, 14 pills
Naproxen 2
Water consumption: over 1 gallon


Notes for the day:
NEED TO work on cardio...near the end of that wod in the last 200 m I was SPENT and felt like I was moving SLOW. Nutrition over the past few days has been good, sleep hasn't been what I'd like but I wake up feeling ok. Stress levels over the past 2 weeks has been increasing. My back was tight after squats the day before. OVERALL....I feel better about things.
