Sleep: 7 hours
Due to an insanely busy schedule today there isn't much to log. I had no time to get a workout in due to being called into work a few times today. Nutrition was POOR to say the least...actually more non-existent.
Breakfast:
3 shot 12 oz. Americano
Dinner:
2 eggs
~8 oz. of taco meat
~2-3 oz. of guacomole
Dinner #2:
~6-8 oz. of grilled chicken
~2-3 oz. of guacomole
I ended up not eating for a total of 18 hours before eating that first "meal." I KNOW its not the best idea in the world but this is just the way my cards were dealt today. I felt no real immediate effects of no food, no real fluctations in energy but we will see tomorrow.
