Sleep: TERRBILE....3 HOURS!!!
Breakfast:
~4 oz of organic italian sausage
1 egg
~4 cups of spinach
1 T of almond butter
Lunch:
Didn't eat lunch, got busy..really need to get in gear again with food prep
Snack:
Coconut bar...need to get away from bars, I know but it's better than nothing I suppose
WOD:
Snatch work..unbelievable amounts of snatch work, 1 rep times 15-20 sets if not a few more
Power Cleans: 1-2 reps times 10-15, sets ranges from 60 kg to 100 kg
Squats: 5 sets of 3 ranging from 60 kg to 150 kg
Dinner:
Slices of turkey Post-wod
~1 lb of chicken and beef
a little bit of veggies...very little
Miso soup
Late snack:
~4 oz. of deli meat
Fish oil AS NORMAL for me 14 pills total
2 naproxen prior to bed
