1.15 oz. of Almond butter, Justin's packet
6 Fish Oil pills
Lunch:
1 cup of cooked spaghetti squash
8 oz. of ground beef, local grass-fed
some spaghetti sauce
Snack:
1.15 oz. of Almond butter
1 orange
Dinner:
same as lunch, once its made its an easy decision for me

Deadlift: 5x165, 5x205, 5x245, 3x285, 3x325, 8x365
Press: 12x100, 12x100, 21x100
Accessory:
5x9 Deadhang PU, ended up kipping on the last 2 sets
7x3 snatch pulls, for me, not the best at this so technique work. 95#
