Sleep: 6 hours
Breakfast:
4 eggs
French Toast (cheat day)
3 pc. of bacon
Snack:
1 packet of Justin's Almond Butter, 1.15 oz
Lunch:
1/2 lb. of lamb chop seared in 1 T of Grapeseed oil on both sides
Used NoSalt seasoning from Costco to rub on lamb chop
8 oz. of butternut squash, 8 oz. pre-cooked, Sherman Farms
Dinner:
DEFINITELY CHEATED FOR DINNER...and it was amazing, kinda. We will see how I feel tomorrow
Sandwich with LOTS of turkey, whole avocado, some lettuce and tomato.
1 GLORIOUS brownie
My normal 8 Barleans Fish oil
Water intake:
Over a gallon of water today, I get hungry and I drink A LOT until I have to eat. I don't ever starve, just crave..especially when work is slow.
"Cheat" day is needed for me, and when I say needed I use it as an excuse to eat things I used to really like in an attempt to wean off those foods.
Tomorrow we get back on track for what I hope to be a 2 week period. I currently am down 7 pounds and have maintained my weight at 224. My energy levels have maintained as well and I expect that with an increase in dense carbs and proteins that things will get better for me.
