No post yesterday....TERRIBLE day for me, overall. I was tested in so many ways and overcame. Today is a new day and back at it, participated in a little celebration last night and really didn't eat well, felt amazing to eat it all up though, no residual effects as of yet (none that I can feel). 


After meeting with a friend of mine, I have decided to up everything that I have been eating.

Yesterday's WOD:
1 rep x 10 sets of Clean and jerk: 185, 185, 185, 205, 205, 205, 225, 225(Fail) 205, 205
25 2 pood swings and 100 Meter sprint with 3 minutes of rest x 5 rounds 1:06, 1:03, 1:09, 1:08, 1:16
My grip REALLY started to go, not real sure if it was a true 100m run, did it at the FD. Overall felt really well. Did both WOD's bc I am working on the ambulance in Coupeville and am not able to workout. 


Sleep: 8 hours


Breakfast: 
2 farm fresh eggs
3 cups of spinach
1 avocado
4 slices of bacon
Handful of blueberries
6 Barleans Fish Oil pills


Snack: 
Handful of blueberries


Lunch:
1/2 lb. of pork ribs
~6 oz. of olives
Apple


2 hour nap, amazing


Dinner (unfortunately, NO prep work before coming into shift, and we were running around before I could make dinner)
1 T. of almond butter
~1/2 cup of blueberries
Rotisserie chicken~ 12 oz.
