1/2 cup of blueberries
16 oz. 3 shot americano
Walnuts
6 Barleans pills
Snack:
No time, running around
Lunch:
A WHOLE LOT OF LETTUCE
~1/2 tomato
Quite a bit of turkey, well over 1/2 of deli turkey
~2 T of honey mustard dressing
Snack:
3 meatballs.......from a gas station....1/2 off, what can I say when you are on the run and in a pinch you do what you gotta do. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it
Dinner:
~1 cup of spaghetti squash
~4 oz. of grass-fed beef, in Newmans Own, mushrooms, onions and roasted garlic
Strength WOD:
Heavy squat: 5x135, 5x225, 5x275, 5x320, 8x360
Bench: 2 sets of 12x140, 1 set 23x140
5x15 horizontal ring rows
4x10 split squats, body
Post-WOD meal:
12 oz of rotisserie chicken
8 Barleans pills
Again...WELL HYDRATED
