Sleep: TERRIBLE....got called into work last night at 2130 and got home at 0230..4 hours of sleep
Breakfast:
12 oz. drip coffee
4 cups of spinach
3 slices of bacon
2 eggs
6 Barleans Fish Oil Pills
Snack:
2 chicken strips
1 apple
handful of walnuts
Lunch:
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Orange bell pepper
Cooked in Olive oil
~8 oz. of chicken
'Snack'
Dark Chocolate covered coffee beans...its a stretch but well's worth it!
2 shot 8 oz. americano
Dinner:
1 cup of spaghetti squash
~4-6 oz. of grass fed ground beef
a little bit of Newman's Own Roasted Garlic sauce
Handful of macadamia nuts
8 Barleans Fish Oil
Drank A LOT of water today
NO WORKOUT today. Stretched
