Sleep: 10 hours
Fast: 15.5 hours, feeling good
Breakfast:
4 cups of spinach
2 eggs
3 pcs of bacon
3 T of guacamole
6 Barleans fish oil pills
16 oz. 3 shot americano
32 oz. of water
Snack:
None
Lunch:
Chicken Avocado Salad with salsa as the dressing
1 chicken breast
1/2 avocado
WHOLE head of lettuce
1/2 Big tomato
Pico de gallo and salsa
Snack:
Handful of almonds
WOD:
Yoga for 50 minutes including meditation
~As ridiculous as I thought yoga WAS..I have grown to appreciate it. I have flexibility issues and know that. I am attempting to do this @ least once a week and HOPE to get in twice a week assuming my schedule allows it.
Treadmill Sprint work....TOO COLD outside
2% incline
2 minutes walk at 3.0 mph
1:45 RUN @ 8.5 mph
6 rounds
8 minutes in the sauna with stretching, not real sure if this is a good thing or not. Felt great after YOGA, WOD and SAUNA.
Dinner:
~4 cups of spinach in coconut oil...not too prepared lately in regards to meals.
~8 oz. of chicken, lucky to have cooked a 5# chicken on SATURDAY
handful of almonds.
~32 oz. of water with a Nuun tablet and a pack of Emergen-c
Looks good, although I would make the americano 4 shots vice three...just sayin'
