Breakfast: 
2 eggs
2 pcs. of bacon


Snack:
......cookies made from wheat flour, not good but thats what happens when co-workers bring them in


Lunch:
Chicken with asparagus, sun-dried tomato, spinach, bacon (baked)


Snack:
Apple
Coconut water
Orange
(I know that its A LOT of sugar at once, but still a better option)


Dinner:
Chicken, olives, sun-dried tomato, onion.
ALL sauteed in a pan, slow cooked
