6 RFT: 155 Power Clean x 5, 21 air squats, 12 ring dips: 8:04


Sleep: 7 hours, woke up tired and not feeling so well.


WOD: REST DAY


Breakfast:
3 slices of Trader Joe's Uncured Apple Smoked bacon
2 cage-free eggs
~8 oz. of blueberries
1/2 avocado


Snack: 
Apple
Almond butter


Lunch:
Chicken strips....not the best choice in the world
Macadamia nuts
Cucumber


Snack:
Macadamia nuts
Cucumber
